  • A degree in Architecture from an accredited university
  • 10+ years of experience having managed multiple high-end single-family residential or hospitality projects from concept through completion
  • Minimum of 3 completed luxury residential projects over 6,000 SF, managed from start to finish
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent listener and communicator, able to comprehend and disseminate information efficiently
  • Experienced and technically knowledgeable enough to provide mentorship of junior staff
  • Proven track record and thorough understanding of:
    • Supervising all aspects of projects through all phases from pre-design through construction observation (technical, business, design, and administration)
    • Using Revit to an expert level
    • 3D rendering expertise in render tools that allow for photorealistic renders, setting up models for export to outside parties, and the ability to run renders using platforms like Twimmotion or Lumion
    • Managing simultaneous projects and delegating to team members
  • Able to perform the duties of a Project Manager and Project Architect

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior FF&E Interior Designer to join our dynamic and collaborative design team. This role is ideal for a creative leader with a refined aesthetic, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for curating exceptional environments in the high-end residential and luxury hospitality sectors.

As a senior team member, you will lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) design across a diverse portfolio of prestigious projects. From initial concept to final installation, your design intuition and technical expertise will shape some of the world’s most elegant and inspiring spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead FF&E design development from concept through to installation for luxury residential and hospitality projects.
  • Curate and specify furnishings, materials, finishes, lighting, accessories, and artwork in line with project narratives and client briefs.
  • Oversee FF&E documentation packages, schedules, control books, and procurement processes.
  • Present design concepts, materials, and finishes to clients, articulating the story and rationale behind selections.
  • Collaborate with the broader interior design and architectural teams to ensure cohesive integration of FF&E with the built environment.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, artisans, and fabricators to source and customize bespoke pieces.
  • Conduct site visits for installation, styling, and quality assurance.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in FF&E design with a strong portfolio in high-end residential and hospitality interiors.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury materials, and bespoke design solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of global design resources, suppliers, and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit and/or SketchUp, FF&E management tools).
  • Confident client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in international markets is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
